The exercises demonstrated in the Ski Fit Ready Program are designed around a number of essential exercises recommended during #Knees4Skis.
These exercises can be done at any time during the ski season to help you get in shape and reduce the risk of knee and ACL injury.

- Exercises progress in difficulty with each Phase
- Phases are e-mailed to your Inbox every two weeks
- Each exercise includes a description and video demonstration
Who is this for?
This program is designed for beginners or intermediate-level skiers that want to incorporate skier-specific exercises into their fitness routine.
Exercises are expertly demonstrated and start at a basic level during Phase 1, progressing with each Phase until Phase 4.
