As a Kinesiologist and Certified Personal Trainer, Neil Fox has been impacting countless individuals’ lives for the past 27 years. Neil’s dedication to his craft extends beyond his journey. Having earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in psychology from McMaster University, he deeply understands the intricate connection between physical and mental well-being.
Having also recovered from a back injury that rendered him quadriplegic, Neil has faced significant challenges. Through his education and personal experience, he is able to guide his clients through their journey, whether it be recovery from injury, performance training, or more.
