Evidence-informed injury prevention education is an important part of what we do at the Banff Sport Medicine Foundation.


Join Dr Michaela Kopka, Orthopaedic Surgeon from the Banff Sport Medicine Foundation, and Ryan Wilkinson, Physiotherapist from Rundle Physiotherapy, for a free informative, hands-on and fun evening!

Hear from industry experts and learn how to reduce the risk of injury, specifically to the knees, while participating in sport or when training.


Who Should Attend?

• Anyone who plays a pivoting sport such as soccer or basketball
• Trainers, coaches or Physical Education Teachers
• Anyone who wants to learn more about ways to reduce injury risk while participating in athletics, training at the gym or recreating
