Welcome to our new Fellow!
The Banff Sport Medicine team are excited to welcome Dr Meaghan Marien as the 2020-2021 Arthroscopic Surgery and Sports Medicine Fellow!
Meaghan received her Medical Degree at McGill University, completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Ottawa, and then pursued a Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
She is now in Banff to complete a second year of fellowship training in Arthroscopic Surgery and Sports Medicine with the Banff Sports Medicine team.
Meaghan is involved with the Canadian Orthopedic Association (COA) and the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America (POSNA) and looks forward to becoming a member of other sports medicine organizations.
Meaghan loves the outdoors and is excited to explore the beautiful mountains while hiking, skiing, and biking in the Bow Valley.
